First Empire

Real Estate Debt Fund

A private lending fund that provides consistent monthly returns for passive investors.

A Private Lending Fund Diversified by Real Estate

The First Empire Real Estate Debt Fund is a passive investment that lends your capital across a very diversified portfolio of primarily single-family residential homes. The Fund lends to borrowers to buy, renovate, and sell homes. We only lend as the first-position lien holder.

To reduce risk, your investment is secured by real estate and is spread over the entire portfolio (about 450 loans), not just one asset.

Since inception, over 2,150 loans equating to over $450 million have been funded through our partnership of debt funds, and never missed a distribution to investors.
